After the free practice, qualifying stage and shakedown on Friday, October 2, the rally spectacle in Zagreb moves into its next phase – the Ceremonial Start of ERC Croatia Rally 2025.
The official opening will take place in front of the INA headquarters, at the intersection of Većeslav Holjevac Avenue and Dubrovnik Avenue, in an atmosphere that traditionally attracts large crowds of fans.
Before the start, from 17:50 to 18:20, spectators will have a chance to meet top European and Croatian drivers during the special “Meet the Crews” session on the start ramp. Among those present will be Martin and Dora Ravenščak, Jan Pokos, Calle Carlberg, Ioan Lloyd, Tymek Abramowski, Hubert Kowalczyk, Miko Marczyk, Andrea Mabellini and Jon Armstrong – the leading contenders for the European championship title.
At 18:30 the Ceremonial Start will begin, with crews crossing the start ramp from the highest to the lowest start number. The first to appear will be competitors in the national championships (MZPH and Croatian Championship), including WRC star Adrien Fourmaux with co-driver Alex Coria. They will be followed by the ERC crews set to fight for crucial points in the FIA European Rally Championship.
A true motorsport spectacle is expected on the streets of Zagreb, providing a perfect introduction to a weekend filled with speed, adrenaline and excitement.
